Meet Martin Van De Pas
My name is Martin. At age 28, I have been able to independently bring my vision for an authentic career into reality.
My journey started at the end of my bachelor’s degree, where I realized that I had no clue where I was going. This led to a quarter-life crisis where deep questions started to arise.
Answering these questions gave me the clarity on the direction I wanted to pursue. Purposefully, I have been walking that path for the past five years.
I am happy to report that what once was just a vision, is now a reality. I work independently as a growth facilitator, supporting the leaders of tomorrow in their personal growth.
Beyond creating my own vision, I felt inspired to enable others to also step into their creative power and take ownership of their work life.
Therefore, I have collaborated with over a dozen universities and organisations where I hosted workshops and coaching sessions with over a thousand young adults.
Bundling all my own experience, countless resources and my work with people, I present to you: The Vision Workshop!
